In the beautiful loft apartment in Hagenauer Strasse the overall interior design was already made by Ester Bruzkus Architekten and we took over the design of the main bathroom, room divider and fireplace.
The bathroom is divided in two parts; the inner wet area, has a natural light from above with a built in bathtub and shower covered in beautiful Jade coloured Cinca-mosaics. The front of the room contains WC, three custom-made utility cupboards and custom-made wash basin with a Carrara marble top. The floor tiles here was chosen to break off from the small mosaics with large black and white graphics which together with the gray walls.
To divide eating area from living area we designed a custom-made furniture in cherry wood fernier. It is a complex piece of furniture with different functions from all four sides; wardrobe from entrance direction, coffee bar from the eating area, large storage drawers from the kitchen side and three led lighted shelves as backdrop for the sofa towards the living room.
The fire place design was basically a clean-up of the old fire place. In general the lines got straighter and more modern and the old tiles were replaced with a beautiful Nero Marquina marble and an extended seating area to the right of the fire place was added.
